Raxak has over fifteen years’ experience representing public and private clients in connection with corporate and transactional matters including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and a range of commercial contracts including outsourcing and intellectual property licensing and services. Raxak has also represented banks and trust companies in negotiating indentures, escrow, and other agency agreements.

Raxak’s clients are both domestic and international, in a variety of industries including telecom, infrastructure, technology, entertainment, and banking.
